The line is as good as yesterday noon's. It's particularly good considering my bad morning pee issue. I didn't do the digital because I want to use solid afternoon pee. But I think it's safe to call.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MELISSA! I AM PREGNANT AT THE MOMENT!
I don't really think there's any question that I am pregnant. The question is whether I will stay that way. The bigger question, of course, is whether it will have the proper number of chromosomes.
It feels much as I thought it would feel. I am pleased and excitement does creep in for 5 minute intervals here and there. It is not like the first time, though. It is tainted with a sad, scary undertone. I believe my dead baby compatriots when they say that is not going to go away for quite some time.
But wow. If this works out... this is a very good gift, considering the stakes of this try. Sometimes I get swept away with extreme gratitude. Other times I am just pissed off that I am not 20-some weeks like I was supposed to be. Stll. It is good.

Good fricking god it is early. We have to be at the studio at 6:30. I am ridiculously nervous about keeping Wes calm. Thank god this thing will be over in 3 minutes flat once it starts.
The Lexie Lew website is live! There are some small flaws (we can't figure out why the shopping cart tells you the items aren't in stock when they are, but it will still let you buy it - odd), but all concerned parties were exhausted last night and decided to look at it again later today. SO MUCH LOVE to LaGiulia's Uomo, who built the whole thing himself and had to rush rush rush the end part of the building when Wes announced on Wednesday that he was going to be on TV. He is an amazing web designer and an even more amazing friend. And kudos to Wes for learning a good deal about how to work Yahoo Small Business when some of it was quite beyond me - I promised to be his webmaster but so far I am entirely too obsessed with my urine to be much good to him. I will sit down with Uomo and learn, hon, I promise.
My father, who is able to get NYC ABC from his home in SF, will be digitally recording the moment (on 2 devices, he assures me), so that we can hopefully stick it on YouTube or something for all you non-New-Yorkers. Let's hope that all works out. I will at least take a few pictures of Wes on air (Bill - we don't have a video recorder yet - we asked for one for Christmas).
Wish us luck! It will all be over before almost any of you are awake!
